At Just Glazed, we focus on artisanal baking and clean desserts. Every bake is made in small batches using thoughtful ingredients, without preservatives.

Heart Behind Just Glazed
"Just Glazed began as something very small, simply baking for family and friends from my home kitchen in Moradabad. What I didn’t realise at the time was that this small passion would eventually shape my life and career.
Training at Le Cordon Bleu allowed me to refine my craft, but the heart of Just Glazed has always remained the same, creating desserts that people genuinely enjoy and return to. Every bake carries a little piece of that journey."

From a school kitchen in Welham to the heart of Delhi NCR — the story of Just Glazed.
The story of Just Glazed began long before the brand itself took shape — rooted in curiosity, shaped by discipline, and brought to life through an unwavering love for the craft of pastry.
Where It All Started
Medhavi's relationship with baking first began at Welham Girls' School, where baking was woven into the curriculum. What started as a simple school subject quietly grew into a lasting passion — one that no career in accounting and finance could ever fully overshadow.
Baking from Home
In 2020, that quiet passion found its first expression. From her home kitchen in Moradabad, Medhavi began preparing desserts for family and friends. The response was warm and immediate — what started as an experiment soon transformed into something far more meaningful.
Le Cordon Bleu & Classical Craft
Wanting to deepen her understanding of pastry, Medhavi travelled to Paris to train at Le Cordon Bleu — one of the world's most celebrated culinary institutions. There, she immersed herself in classical technique, developing the philosophy and precision that would come to define Just Glazed.
A Dedicated Baking Space
Returning home, her mother's kitchen in Moradabad was transformed into a dedicated baking studio equipped with professional tools — the creative laboratory that became the true birthplace of Just Glazed.
Delhi NCR & A New Chapter
As the vision expanded, Just Glazed moved to Delhi NCR — opening its cloud kitchen in Sector 2, Noida. A wider reach, the same artisanal soul. Every creation still made with the same care and intention that has defined the brand from its very first batch.
