1. Advance Ordering

We accept orders at least one day in advance for next-day delivery.

The website cut-off timings for next-day orders are:

Before 2:00 PM for the first delivery slot

After 2:00 PM for the last delivery slot
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed for the next available delivery date.
2. Delivery Time Slots
We offer two delivery slots:

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
-
2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Your order will be delivered anytime within the selected time slot. Since we work with third-party logistics partners, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
If you have strict time constraints, we recommend opting for store pickup.
3. Same-Day Delivery
Select products are available for same-day delivery, subject to availability and order cut-off timing. Same-day delivery options will be clearly shown on the product page.
4. Surprise Orders
If you are placing a surprise order for someone else, please provide a valid contact number of the recipient for delivery coordination.
Please note: Apart from delivery-related communication, we do not share any additional order details over calls or text messages.
5. Delays
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as:

Festive rush

Operationally heavy days
There may be delivery delays. In such situations, we will keep you informed and request your cooperation and understanding.
