Customized Orders: Once production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

General Orders: Orders can be cancelled up to one day prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up date. A cancellation charge will apply as per our policy.

Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are strictly not accepted.
